This fall, Springboardx | Pittsburgh brings two days of transformative training led by Springboard artists Ingrid Kapteyn and Akira Uchida. Through immersive workshops, dancers will explore movement practices that blend storytelling, theatricality, improvisation, and contemporary technique, while developing versatility, individuality, and full-body expression. Guided by Ingrid’s international performance and teaching experience and Akira’s celebrated choreographic voice, participants will gain fresh tools to refine their artistry and connect with the Springboard community in a supportive, non-audition setting.
